Three messages that get the records in.

Chasing fails for two reasons, and neither is the wording. Here are the three messages, the SMS versions, and the cadence that decides when each one goes.

When the inbox stops scaling

Chasing works from your sent folder — until about fifteen clients.

What breaks first is not the writing. It is that nobody can see who has been chased, so the loud clients get chased twice and the quiet ones get missed — and the quiet ones are the ones who blow the lodgement. ReconLink keeps one queue across every client:

  • Ranked by what is outstanding and how long it has sat
  • Email, or SMS on a paid plan — chosen per send
  • Queries, receipt requests, BAS and tax-return deadlines
  • Cadence presets — off, gentle, firm, crunch
  • Anti-bombard: a resend has to be confirmed

Questions

Do I need ReconLink to use the kit?

No. The templates and the cadence work from your inbox. We built the kit because chasing is the pain we hear most, and we would rather be useful first.

Will you email me constantly?

No. The kit downloads on the next page rather than arriving by email, and there’s no automated follow-up series behind it today.

Is this for bookkeepers or tax agents?

Both. The templates reference lodgement dates generically so they work for BAS and tax return chasing alike.
